My name is Perla Barraza. Let me say that this is my second challenge in a row…I started with 205 pounds under my belt. On the last challenge I felt that I can do better, so decide not to publish nothing and do it again…and here we are….now 178 happy pounds.

I got started with YOR Health because I needed to take better care of myself. Now that I am on the 4th floor ( I am 43) I am always looking for more work, taking care of everybody else but now is my time…now is for me.

I wanted a healthier lifestyle and to feel better about myself, fit better on my clothes.

In my YOR Best Body 8-week Challenge, I was consistent on taking my products. Every morning when I wake up, I take two tablets of YOR Repair Ultra and 1 tablet of YOR Probiotics Ultra with 2 YOR Essential Vitamins. I did and intermittent fasting till noon, then my SuperGreens with fiber, 30 minutes before lunch I take 2 tablet of YOR Super Slim and 2 YOR Essential Vitamins, then my 2 YOR Digest Ultra, Then for dinner I take 2 scoops of YOR Shake, 1 scoop of YOR Fiber Plus and 2 YOR Essential Vitamins, and 30 minutes before bed I take 2 YOR Repair Ultra and 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra.

8 Weeks later, not does only my clothes looks better, I have to buy new one, I feel great.

I am very happy with my results and it’s a step closer to my overall weight goal. I feel much healthier, energetic and happier.
