Hi!!! Wow, where to even start~ Well, my name is Maly and I cannot believe today marks the 1st cycle of my Best Body Challenge! I started this challenge with not really having any specific goals other than wanting to transform my body someway somehow.. (if that even makes sense) I was just ready for a new and positive change within me: physically, mentally, and spiritually. Also I say this because in all my life, my health has its way to fluctuate on me.

Before hopping onto this challenge, I managed to lose 5lbs already due to realizing how much weight I have gained over the past year returning home from college. The weight I put on took a toll on my minor back injury of a wooden bed frame dropping on me; and to be specific, it fell on my back (...yep, I sure had a very painful week and could hardly pull the muscle on my face to smile:’). Anyway, I just couldn’t let that deteriorate my body and had to take action in really taking care of myself from the inside out.

I wasn’t able to squeeze in much of the high intense cardio/training into my workout routine..... I was constantly garden toning such as squatting back and forth picking crops from left to right out in the fields and, as well as getting in minimal 30min-1hr home workouts 4-5 times a week lifting 3 pounder d-bells.

This has been a challenging yet life changing experience for me. I have met so many inspiring-beautiful-souls encouraging me and I am happy with my results. I feel stronger and more in balanced within myself than ever before: heart, mind, &body.
