My name is Phoua Xiong from Midwest Wisconsin. I have always been over weight since young but just never consider about my health and weight. And yes, I have noticed myself gaining more weight as I got older but I just accepted my body how it was. I thought it was normal for me to look overweight because where I live surrounding with good foods that you just keep eating but sometimes I think to myself as “oh I need to lose weight and be healthy”, but never commit to myself. To myself I always felt that what I wear as my clothes wasn’t good for me to wear, what I see it make me look big or look like I have a big belly hanging out. Especially when I wear dresses that makes me not very comfortable on my body as very appealing. I have tried being on a diet and other supplements that I tried but it wasn’t working well I sometime just give up fast. But, thanks to my older sister concerning about my health and weight she was the one who introduce me to Yor Health. As I, myself was never a healthy eater and getting into shape until I join Yor health.
During my 8 weeks challenge I started working out at the gym, to me I never gone to the gym or work out since high school that was like 8 yrs ago. So, it was a big difference for me so every other day I am at the gym at least an hour and half or 2 hours top 3 hours. The time, I go to the gym are usually evening hours between 6pm to 9pm. Once a week on a Saturday I went to Zumba class last at least an hour and half. Than last 2 weeks I started going to Zumba Monday to Thursday and Saturday. During my 1st to 4th week I started on treadmill for an hour than elliptical for 45 minutes. But when I’m on elliptical that’s where I push myself harder on the last 4 weeks. When I’m done with my work out I usually head to the sauna room for 20 to 30 minutes or once a week I go to the steam room for 10 minutes. Sometime when I heading to the gym I drank 8 to 12 oz. of grapefruit juice with 2 drops of ginger oil and 2 drop lemon oil or just 1 berry blast.
The regimen I used are
Wake up

1 probiotics
1 vitamin
On my, last two week every other day I drank 8 to 10 oz of water with 2 drops ginger oil and 2 drop grapefruit oil between my shake or meals.
During my breakfast meal around 9 am, I eat just light meal with 1 or 2 digests pills. Lunch every other day I usually just have my shake or just skip until I get home at 3pm to have my shake.
Before my lunch and dinner, I take
2 vitamins
2 super slims
2 digests pill
Shake for lunch
2 scoop vanilla shakes
1 scoop of supergreen
1 scoop of fiber
2 drop lemon oil
2 drop grapefruit oil
1 Berry blast (usually when I need to boost my energy)

As for dinner, I sometime eat a meal or just have my shake. I tried my best to not eat before 8pm if I do I just snack with just fruits or vegetable.
Before bedtime I normally have my grapefruit juice with 2 drops of ginger oil and lemon oil on every other day. Or I’ll just have water with 1 drop grapefruit oil and 1 drop ginger oil.
Since I started the products of my 8 weeks challenge, I weight 173 lbs. and end at 163 lbs. By using the products made me felt better of myself by having energy, happy, and focus, and learning what my body needs to be healthy. Since I didn’t reach my goal weight, I will remain myself to get fit and health for a better healthy lifestyle.
