This challenge is my second challenge. During this challenge I stopped exercising for 4 weeks and did not keep a balanced diet. I did however keep using Yorhealth supplements combined with intermittent fasting and still managed to lose weight despite being out of routine in a foreign land.

Upon waking I would have a combined shake of yor super greens, yor amino hydrate and yor fibre plus. Every time I consumed a meal it would be accompanied with a yor digest ultra. This kept my digestive system running like clock work and ensured my digestive system could handle anything that was thrown at it! High carb foods,oily food, salty foods and even ingredients that had never entered my body before were easily broken down and were easily absorbed thanks to YorHealth supplements. No travellers gut/diarrhoea/constipation was ever experienced like I have always been plagued with in the past whenever I was to travel.
