My name is Sheng and I am a mother of 2. the last couple years I let myself go because I was dealing with a lot of stress from work, home and my personal life. I wanted to try the challenge because I needed help jump starting my weight loss. I had tried other methods like positioning meals, exercising and other homemade remedies, but nothing worked.

I wasn't happy with my body and how I felt. when I started my set, I could feel it working within the same day. I saw and felt results within the first few days. This was my motivated me to continue. The only consistent exercise I put in was 30 minutes of cardio every Friday. Other than that, I got in small spurts of other workouts where I could fit it in.
