Hello! My name is Tchai. I weighed 178.8 lbs at the start of my 8 week challenge. I have been around this weight for the last 8 years and really just haven't thought about my health and wellness til I had appendicitis in November 2016. After I recovered, I still didn't have the motivation to do anything about my weight until my sister-in-law introduced me to Yor products and the coaches helped lead me to a better and healthier lifestyle with Yor Health.

The products I took before breakfast were probiotic and repair. Then for breakfast, it was Yor shake with super greens, fiber, and sometimes with berry blast when I knew it was going to be a long day. Lunch was digest ultra and vitamins. Dinner was Yor shake and vitamins. Probiotics and repair before bed. I eventually added super slim in after each shake.

I exercised 3-5 times a week and now I have more energy than I have had in the last few years! I have also gone from a size 36 waist to a size 32 waist and now I weigh at 157.8 lbs!

I do plan on continuing on this journey to living healthier with Yor Health because it really has changed the way I feel about myself and now I am not just pushing off the "I'll just start tomorrow" saying anymore, I am doing it now!
