Hola a todos, me llamo Sonia Puga y estoy muy satisfecha de haber terminado mi primer reto.

Yo tengo hipotiroidismo y siempre me ha sido demasiado dificil bajar de peso, dejen bajar, tan solo mantenerme! La verdad yo tenìa unas largas jornada de trabajo, ahora estoy jubilada , pero trabajé durante 28 años y durante ese tiempo solo dediqué tiempo a mi trabajo y a mi familia, descuidé mucho mi salud , y cuando entré a YOR Health, decidì que mi salud ya no podía esperar mas y tenía que ver por mì. Me encantó que el reto fuè una forma muy sencilla de bajar de peso, gracias a los productos me mantenia saludable y no me daba hambre, me encantan los polvos verdes, y la Yor Shake es deliciosa, me ayudaron a quitarme los antojos. Me gusta como me siento, mas activa , feliz ágil.

Me asesoraron en cuanto al detox live bare, y me gustó mucho este nuevo estilo de vida, es muy sencillo y práctico.
