I am 29 years old and a single mom of two girls 7 and 9 years old. Working full-time and being full-time student, I am either at work or at school from 7am-7pm Sunday through Saturday. The products have made it convenient for me to take care of my health. Using these products I have gotten healthier, loss 16 lbs and have more energy. I started my challenge at 200 lbs and have lost 20 lbs so far. With my super busy schedule I appreciate that the shakes is quick and easy meals, quick prepping and cleaning and I can bring it to work and school.
I work out 2-3 times a week for about an hour each time doing a mixture of resistant workout, core, and cardio. I take the complete product line with; Probiotic in the morning, 2 shakes a day to replace my meals and after my workout. I am glad to find something that finally work. I feel more confident in my new body but they won't stop here.
