Since starting the YOR challenge, I have changed my lifestyle to become healthier. I had my fourth baby in June the summer of 2016 and there are extra weights hanging on me. I was so busy that I did not thought to take care of myself. YOR is simple and requires no extra energy to leave the house or leave my kids.

The first week of the 8 weeks challenge, I cleansed my body by following the best body regimen given to me by my coach. I took a probiotic and repair capsule each morning after waking up. I drank my shake containing the vanilla shake powder, fiber, and super green. When I feel like I needed an energy booster, I add in the berry blast to my morning shake. A vitamin is taken after my shake. I ate a salad for lunch followed by a digest capsule and vitamin tablet. For dinner, I used the chocolate flavor powder and drank that for my shake. Snacks were taken between each meal. Finally I took another probiotic and repair before going to bed.

I followed this plan for the first week and was able to lose five pounds. I was so happy and proud of myself that I was able to lose five pounds. These result really encouraged me to keep using YOR products and to stay true to the products.

For the rest of the last seven weeks, I drank a shake every morning and ate regular meal food that are of healthy choices for lunch. I alternated between regular food meal and a shake for dinner each day.

For exercising, I followed videos on YouTube. I did mostly cardio exercises to build my endurance. I found myself sweating and dripping sweat each time I do the cardio exercises and I loved it! I also followed some videos for working out my abs.

Thanks to YOR products, I now feel better about myself. I want to feel my best so I plan to keep using YOR products to assist me in my journey to looking and feeling more healthy.
