I am a mother of 5 kids and losing the weight just got harder and harder. Along with that, I was always constipated. I have always been a very active person but since last year when I hurt my lower back I have been limited to exercising and with all that going on I started to gain more weight. When I started this challenge, I really didn't think it was going to work for me. But with guidance and encouragement from my coach and taking Yorhealth products, I can happily say that I have lost 12 lbs! I try to exercise 2 to 3 days out of the week with 30 minutes on my treadmill and the basic work outs. 12 lbs is a start and with my busy schedules I am going to keep it going even after this challenge!
