My name is Helen. I am 32 years young and this is my 3rd Yor Best Body challenge. Two of my close friends are also doing the challenge with me and it's totally become our lifestyle. We eat healthy and work out at least 4-5 time a week. I've lost a total of 28 lbs since starting to use the Yor Health products and it's only been a couple of months. I have lost so many inches in every part of my body that I even went from a size L/XL to a M/L. I feel great and motivated to continue this journey.

I totally live by the Yor Digestive Enzymes and Probiotics which I take daily and with my meals. I no longer have uncomfortable days of feeling horribly bloated or thinking I am suddenly allergic to certain foods becuase they didn't sit right with me. I love the taste of the Vanilla and Chocolate shakes. They help me get a great healthy snack, or even replace a meal when I am on the go or super busy at work which is usually about 3 times per week. The Yor Slim which i had daily has helped me shed some extra inches around my tummy area (and what girl doesn't want that right?!)
