My name is Pang Yang. I am a mother of 5, 30 years old and weigh 156 pounds. My journey started when I was trying on clothes and it didn't fit. Showing too much belly fat that I didn't like it. Takes me hours to find something nice to wear. I was trying all kind of shakes, over the counter weight loss pills even getting prescription from the doctor to help me loss weight. With all the help I could get, I still not able to loss my belly fat and loss weight, as what I can imagine to be like. As I scrolled down on my facebook page I see girls with big transformation of before and after pictures and lead me into interest of losing weight. I hope one day I could have a chance to loss that belly fat and weight. I went into expectation that I will not loss the weight and the belly fat that it will be a failed like all the other products that I had tried before. the moment I tried the products I had loss 3 pounds in one week and with the detoxing that my coachs advised me to do. With all the supportive and encouragement that I have it has change my life around and makes me healthier and happier of choosing my daily life routine. I followed the regimen as directed by my coaches and I was able to have some cheat days and without exercise. I was able to loss 12 pounds and couple inches, from wearing size 8-10 down to 4-6 pant size. My daily routine consist of taking 1 repair, 2 slim 30mins to 1hr, 1 probiotic, and having a shake for breakfast that contains the supergreen, fiber, berry blast, (which I always skip breakfast) and follow with 2 vitamins after the shake. Some days I do change what goes in my shake. Before lunch 2 slim 30mins to 1hr before lunch followed with 2-3 digest pills depends on what I have for lunch follow with 2 vitamins again. Some day I will carried some snakes from nuts, veggies, and fruits depends if I feel hungry. Before dinner I will take 2 slim 30 mins to 1hr of eating time. As a mother, I always provides dinner for my kids to have even though I don't want to eat or replace with my shake. But if I do eat what I cook I will do longer exercise so the fat could burn as fast as it can. Before I go to sleep I will take 2 repair and 1 probiotic. I love a life style that doesn't require a lot of works or changes. Just love to live in a simple life! The products did not just help me loss weight but it made me feel lighter, healthier and more self confidence. All I could say the past 8 weeks of not having confidence, self-esteem and being fat to a whole new me, with finding clothes that actually fit me, confidence, healthier and happier than ever before.
