I wasn't going to do any entries because I didn't take this challenge seriously even though I was taking the products I wasn't exercising enough or eating clean. But then I realised that even though that was the case I still got some pros from taking the products. I have better skin which I hadn't realised until a few days ago, I felt the energy boost when I took the berry blast and helped me to workout for longer without being tired easily and also the repair ultra; helped me recover faster when I did workout and I wasn't sore for a long time like before. Also the MRP helped in curbing hunger as I felt fuller for longer. I also love the digest ultra having it with all my solid meals I didn't feel tired or sleepy after eating this is the best product yet.During this challenge I gained about 2.5 kgs and that took me to just over 115 and the times I ate healthy I lost and when I ate bad I gained. In the last week of the challenge I thought I work a lil bit harder and hold myself more accountable than before and I lost 1.5kg in 4 days which is amazing. I managed to keep that off but kept fluctuating. With yor health I know I can achieve my future goals and I don't see myself living without the products. I can now eat without feeling bad after and enjoy my food and not be worried after.when I did work out I went to the gym did some weights and also some classes. Went for walks up the hill but wasn't consistent.I plan to do another challenge starting on the 1st June and be more serious so that I can achieve my goals.
