Hello my name is Michael Perez (: I am currently 30 years old. I was born with no understanding of how the world worked, with no understanding how and why my health at a young age wasn’t at its fullest potential like the other kids. At times I was puzzled as to why the other kids were outside playing in the sun running around with their toys while I laid in bed.
Because of that my mom did the next big thing she could think of and knew of at that time. She gave me some sort of vegetable fruit concoction for years and years. Which at a young age I thought was the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted in my whole life. I remember at times running away from it because I couldn’t take the smell and taste of it coming down my throat.
As years passed becoming healthy and eating healthy was always on the back of my mind but never really practiced. It resulted to always eating out and not taking care of what is most important, my body. As a result I gained weight, gained a gut, and worse of all lost confidence in myself. I couldn’t even button my pants and instead I covered the unbuttoned pants with my belt, so that no one will be able to notice. I also sucked in my stomach whenever I was out in public so that no one could see my gut, which I was so ashamed of. I was able to hide it very well but sadly it was just a cover up. Deep down inside I knew the real truth and that is what hurt me the most.
Once I got on the challenge I promised myself I will follow through with the challenge. I started the challenge weighing in at 151 pounds. My goal was to lose my gut! Once the challenge was over I weighed myself and I am now proud and happy to say that I lost 10 pounds and lost my gut! The products I used were MRP, Vitamins, Digestive Ultra, Complete Burn, Fiber, Berry Blast, Super greens, and Probiotics. In the mornings I took my Berry Blast, vitamins and digestive enzymes along side my breakfast. For lunch I drank a MRP followed with a complete burn. For a late night snack I would have another MRP with fiber or Super Greens. Before bedtime I would take the Repair and probiotics.
I DID NOT go to the gym at all. I wanted to prove that by following the Yor Health regimen I could get results. Now I do not have to cover my unbuttoned pants with my belt or suck in my stomach anymore. Most importantly the 8wk challenge gave me back my confidence!
