Hi, its 1am and I'm really blessed to be awake, I just arrived home because i was in a business conference and a friend of mine gave me a ride home. But what really matters is I'm finally writing this essay, that actually i think it had to be written a long time ago, nevertheless the story is the same one and its so valuable.

About the products, since always I never stopped taking them and the Digest and Probiotics with the MRP were basics for the results.
I took the products everyday and every nigth, at first all january I did not take them so serious and exercise was neutral. But just starting february I put myself and track, start having all the products and exercising more often. I did cardio and different classes like salsa, zumba and go to Chipinque and Fundidora with my group of friends who are in this challenge too.

I was able to loose some sizes of shirts and pants. And had to buy some new clothes. Im really happy, because one of the reasons i hated to go shopping was because of the moment when i went to the dressing room and realize I was fat, because certain jeans or shirt did not fit the way i liked it to. Now that`s not an issue and I have more confidence in myself.

I started this challenge since the 1st of January and today after the first cycle of 8 weeks i feel very proud to say, that i feel and people see me as a whole different person, and not just about my physical apperane but inside of me, there`s a new girl with more security and self esteem, the two things i had forget to value since before I had joined this challenge.

Yor Health has really changed my life and my way I take care about my health, my image around people and my actions for my future. But that`s not everything, this way of thinking, this philosophy everyone shares in common, made me realize this is what life is all about, sharing happiness, sharing your goals and helping others get they goals too.
Its so true when I hear, that if help the enough amount of people to reach their goals, then I will be able to get what I want.

I have just being 6 months in this wonderful road full of emotions, where I have met the most amazing people one can ever work and make friends with. It´s really nice to see everyone so open to you, and knowing that you truly can count on them.

Good personal relationships are the key of success in any business and in life. And that’s what all the people inside this wonderful challenge are getting for reward.

All the unity YOR has given everyone of us is what make us have strong relationships, together, through our effort and hard work we achieve success and get closer every time just like a family does.

Meanwhile my short trip in this great company i have learned to see every person as part of myself because in one way we all share the same dream, which is possible and full of feelings, experiences and challenges to accept; all in general, all this is what keep us connected.
