Bueno, este reto me ha ayudado muchísimo a convencerme que tengo que empezar a cuidar mi salud y ponerme en forma! es algo muy padre ! porque empiezas a emocionarte con tus amigos y vas viendo como van avanzando con sus metas de salud.
Mi meta era subir 12 libras, mi peso inicial fue de 122 libras y quería terminar con 134 libras, la realidad fue que ni subí ni baje de peso, me mantuve en las 122 libras, el ejercicio que hacia diario era caminar por 1 hr y 30 mins , y tomaba cada tercer día mi MRP chocolate.
Estoy muy contento con este reto, y estoy listo para empezar la segunda ronda, para hacer mas ejercicio y tomar todos los días mis productos y poder ponerme en forma y tonificar mi cuerpo!!
